The Harlem Flophouse provides rooms, each with two windows, a desk, and a shared bathroom. Certain rooms include garden views. Each room contains one full-sized bed. A single-sized cot with linen is available upon request at no extra charge. The maximum room capacity is three guests, with an exception for toddlers and infants, but no more than four under any circumstances. Each price includes a set of fresh sheets and towels. Additional housekeeping, including beds made, fresh towels, and room tidying, is available for $50 per visit. The replacement fee for lost keys is $50. All rooms have individualized climate control.
